Kyle Weadock

President/Chief Executive Officer

As President of Access Nursing Services, Kyle oversees all corporate operations and spearheads the sales, recruitment, and marketing efforts. He started his professional career in commercial real estate working as an Asset Manager for several local and national firms before switching to the healthcare industry in 2010. Kyle’s experience in asset management along with six years in the healthcare industry as a sales, marketing, and operations professional has provided him with the business acumen and financial prowess to successfully manage his own business.

Kyle serves on the Board of Directors for Abilities Network, a non-profit organization that assists individuals with disabilities in Maryland to achieve their personal goals and reach their maximum potential. He is also an active volunteer with The Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Maryland Chapter.

Christine Langis

Vice President/Chief Operating Officer

Christine graduated from Roanoke College in May 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Human Resources Management. She started her professional career as a Healthcare Recruiter that August and has climbed the ranks over the years holding several management roles which include Operations Manager and Business Development Manager. Christine also has extensive experience working with commercial and non-commercial health plans. Christine joined Access Nursing Services in May of 2016 and has streamlined business operations to ensure steady revenue growth and strict regulatory compliance.

Sivia Andorsky, RN, BSN

Clinical Director

Sivia graduated from Towson University with her BSN in 2013. She started her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children’s National Medical Center. She gained additional experience in the community and workplace settings, where she provided preventative care and health education. 

Sivia then worked for 6 years at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in their various pediatric units, both inpatient and outpatient. There she gained experience providing care to children of all ages from neonatal intensive care to young adults with complex medical conditions. 

In July of 2021, Sivia joined our team as Clinical Coordinator. She is responsible for all aspects of care for all of our patients at Access Nursing including case management, client assessments , and supervision of healthcare staff. 

Deirdre Weadock

Director of Business Development

Deirdre brings over 20 years of diverse professional experience shaped by careers in marine mammal training, small business operations, and the employee benefits brokerage industry. She spent 12 years as a professional dolphin trainer, where she developed advanced communication and behavior‑management expertise, along with team‑leadership and training methodologies rooted in patience, consistency, and trust.

Her career then expanded into small business operations, event management, and staff development, where for eight years she focused on building high‑performing teams, enhancing organizational efficiency, and delivering exceptional client and customer experiences within a specialty retail and event environment. Most recently, Deirdre spent five years in health and life brokerage sales and services, providing consultative guidance, client advocacy, and relationship‑driven sales strategies to support organizations navigating insurance and healthcare benefits.

Now, with a multifaceted background and two decades of combined professional expertise, Deirdre is honored to join the family business with her brother, President & CEO Kyle Weadock, in supporting the continued growth and success of Access Nursing Services.
