I wanted to thank ACCESS Nursing Services for the excellent service you have provided my aunt, Paulette White.

Paulette has a diagnosis of Infantile Cerebral Palsy, and has been completely dependent her entire life. She is nonresponsive, non-verbal and requires total care. I have been her legal guardian for over 5 years and connected with ACCESS about 4 years ago. Paulette receives non-skilled caregiver services granted by the Living At Home Waiver program. ACCESS had provided care for Paulette from 7 in the morning till 10, when she goes to a day care center and then 3 pm till 10 pm Monday through Friday and for 12 hours a day on the weekend. This schedule has been in place for years and has provided ease of mind for me knowing that capable, gentle caregivers are present for her. This confidence and comfort allows me to work and manage the rest of my life comfortably while being the sole legal guardian of a completely disabled person.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your caregivers, nurse supervisor and office staff that all work together to care for Paulette and allow a quality of life for me. I am happy to refer your agency to anyone that asks. Feel free to have someone contact me if they would like to discuss our experience with ACCESS.

I just wanted to write a note to you to let you know that I am very happy that Tanglewood Regional Specialty Center found ACCESS Nursing to provide services for my son, Jevon.

As you know, he has multiple developmental and cognitive delays due to brain encephalopathy. He has a long history of seizures and accompanying low oxygen levels. Previous to your private duty nurse coming on board, we had a Dedicated Assistance that was not a nurse but assisted with the daily educational activities and personal care. I never knew that oxygen levels should be checked after Jevon had a seizure so there was no one observing him for possible signs of seizure activity or symptoms of low oxygenation. Since your nurse has been taking care of him, he has remained completely safe during his days at school. He is attentive and gives excellent advice regarding Jevon’s condition and personal care.

I just want to thank you for your nursing supervision and for providing my family with a nurse who we know cares about Jevon and provides consistent, excellent care for him! I would be happy to recommend your services to anyone who has a child who needs a private duty nurse.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the exemplary care provided by the nursing assistants your agency provided to our patient.

Hopkins Elderplus routinely provides end of life care to our participants and in this particular case we requested that your agency assist us with 24 hour staffing to allow our patient to pass away at home. The nursing assistants that were provided to us were wonderful. Sherrita Alston and Andreia Green provided great care. I wanted to particularly recognize the compassionate and attentive care that was given by Shalontay Carter, Victoria Davidson and Kimberly Stewart. These women showed dedication and commitment that is not often seen. They braved difficult weather and worked with our patient’s husband to give our patient the kind of end we would wish for our own family members. Please express to them my thanks for a job excellently done.

I wanted to thank you and your agency so so much for all of the years you have helped my Mom!!!

My sisters, Carol, Karen, and Susan were so happy with your service and our nurses! The last few years we all grew very close to several of the nurses and they even came to the funeral and back to my Mom’s house. We will miss them all, and will give them high recommendations in the future!!! We all highly recommend your agency and have told many of our friends about Access Nursing. Feel free to please use us for future references if needed. Thank you again.

I just wanted to thank you for the support ACCESS Nursing has given to our family.

As you know, our son Brian has had a rare muscular disease since birth. He has required private nursing services from the state REM Program to assist with his ventilator and ADLs for many years. We have had several different agencies over the years and decided to switch to ACCESS Nursing about 3 years ago. This change is one of the best decisions we have ever made! It has resulted in a big quality of life improvement for the entire family!

The ACCESS Nursing team has demonstrated at every juncture that they REALLY CARE! The nurse supervisor is extremely knowledgeable and ensures that everyone on the care team is competent, caring and professional. All of the caregivers have been caring and experienced and worked extremely well with Brian. Whenever we have had an issue, the team worked together to resolve it and ensure we have the support Brian needs. We know that ACCESS Nursing will go the extra mile to ensure that Brian is safe, healthy and has the care he needs. I remember the occasions when you have sent RNs to care for him because the LPNs were unavailable, a decision that many agencies would not make.

Thank you for making our life a little easier. It is nice to know that we can count on a company that is dependable, professional and caring. We are happy to recommend your company to anyone that needs home health services.
